About Olde Tudor

Olde Tudor is a picturesque timber framed house dating back to 1475 when it was a medieval hall house.  Carved oak beams and the inglenook fireplace are particular features.  Olde Tudor is located at the head of Readers Lane in the tranquil Doomsday village of Iden.  The village pub is nearby and the ancient town of Rye (See Local Information) is just a 5 minute drive away.

Our guest rooms are light, airy and have en suite facilities with shaver point and hair dryer.  The rooms are also centrally heated with tea and coffee making facilities.  Our guests may relax in the spacious drawing room with satellite television or in the large garden which has far reaching country views.  There is ample off road parking for our guests.

A warm welcome is guaranteed.
